Shipping & Delivery

Processing time is typically 1–2 business days. While we strive for timely delivery, transit times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather. We'll assist with tracking, coordinate with carriers on delayed or lost packages, and help locate orders marked "delivered" but not received.

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety standards, only unopened and unused products may be returned, within 14 days of delivery. Full details are available on our Return & Refund Policy page.
